Frequently Asked

How far in advance should I book?▾
We recommend 4–6 weeks ahead. Peak season (school holidays, December) requires 8–10 weeks. If your date is soon, WhatsApp us directly.
What is the deposit structure?▾
50% deposit to confirm your booking and date. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before your event. We accept EFT, card, and PayFast.
Can I customise a package?▾
Every package is a starting point. Add or remove inclusions, upgrade elements, add catering, photography and more through our Build Your Event tool.
Do you travel outside Johannesburg?▾
Yes — we service all of Gauteng including Pretoria, Midrand, Centurion, East Rand. Travel fees may apply beyond 40km from Sandton.
